The IBC – International Business Center is located on the border of Prague 1 and Prague 8, within walking distance of the city centre in the modern district of Karlín. This part of the city, which has attracted the attention of developers and investors thanks to its attractive location and accessibility, has undergone fundamental transformation in the past 20 years and today represents one of the most sought-after locations in Prague, both for companies and their registered offices and residents.

The building can be reached by all forms of public and individual transport. The IBC – International Business Center is located near Florenc metro station, one of the most important traffic hubs in the city, served by metro lines B and C and several tram and bus lines offering connections to many parts of the city. Florenc Coach Station, Masaryk Railway Station and a ferry landing stage are also located nearby.
